How to find the information

Open the county-linked records service and select Tax Search or Advanced Tax Search, rather than the parcel/appraisal or sales search. Use owner name, account identifier, tax year or location criteria as appropriate. The inspected form offers Delinquent Balance From/To ranges and Delinquent Since Tax Year, distinct from Current Balance and Current Due. Use the delinquency-specific controls to narrow the research and review the matching account and fiscal years. For an existing delinquent real-estate report or year-by-year tax history, contact the Lander County Treasurer/collection office at 775-635-5127. Specify the fiscal years, report as-of date, real-estate scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing records are available and request any copy, certification or export fee estimate before ordering. Published office address: 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, NV 89820.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Lander County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The Treasurer’s Tax Payments link leads to this county-branded search, including a distinct Tax Search tab. Its delinquent-balance/year controls were inspected separately from appraisal and sales criteria. The county page’s displayed email and mailto destination differ; confirm the correct written-request email with the office instead of relying on the old hyperlink. Verification concerns the source/access guide, not taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, account registration, payment, record export or owner-list republication was performed. Unpaid current installments, delinquent accounts, trustee/deeded properties, sale offerings and excess proceeds have different scopes.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
