How to find the information

Use the Treasurer’s Online Tax Statement with a Parcel Number or the advanced individual-name, organization or situs/mailing-address search. Review the As Of Date before generating a statement and distinguish current-fiscal-year data from prior-year history. For an existing countywide delinquent real-property file or certified history, follow the Treasurer’s Records Request process. For an existing delinquent real-estate report or year-by-year tax history, contact the Clark County Treasurer/collection office at 702-455-4323. Specify the fiscal years, report as-of date, real-estate scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing records are available and request any copy, certification or export fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: TRresearch@clarkcountynv.gov. Published office address: 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Box 551220, Las Vegas, NV 89155-1220.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Clark County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The Online Tax Statement says its As Of Date defaults to today and permits projected penalties/interest up to 30 days ahead; a generated current-fiscal-year statement is not a complete historical delinquency roll. The separately reviewed delinquency notice is explicitly for FY 2023-2024 and amounts as of May 1, 2024, so it is not presented as a current unpaid list. For existing records, use the county’s Records Request form and Treasurer Fee Schedule; questions go to TRresearch@clarkcountynv.gov. Verification concerns the source/access guide, not taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, account registration, payment, record export or owner-list republication was performed. Unpaid current installments, delinquent accounts, trustee/deeded properties, sale offerings and excess proceeds have different scopes.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
