Churchill County Clerk/Treasurer — Real Estate Tax Records
Search Churchill tax/property accountsHow to find the information
Open the county-linked Property Tax Inquiry and use the real-estate/parcel search with Parcel ID, Owner Name or the house-number/street/city/ZIP address fields. Match the correct parcel and review the account’s tax years, amounts due and payment history as available. A parcel/appraisal match or a single current-year bill does not establish the status of every tax year. For an existing delinquent real-estate report or year-by-year tax history, contact the Churchill County Treasurer/collection office at 775-423-6028. Specify the fiscal years, report as-of date, real-estate scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing records are available and request any copy, certification or export fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: taxes@churchillcountynv.gov. Published office address: 155 N. Taylor Street, Suite 110, Fallon, NV 89406.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Churchill County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The county’s Property Taxes guidance identifies the Clerk/Treasurer as the collection contact and provides an address for requesting a duplicate bill. The search footer separately lists an assessment-office phone; this guide uses the tax-payment/collection number, 775-423-6028. Verification concerns the source/access guide, not taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, account registration, payment, record export or owner-list republication was performed. Unpaid current installments, delinquent accounts, trustee/deeded properties, sale offerings and excess proceeds have different scopes.
