How to find the information

Use the city Treasurer’s Delinquent Taxes publication index for the appropriate fiscal year and installment, or ask the Treasurer which existing delinquency report covers your request. The indexed city Property Taxes guidance also advertises Property Tax Look Up; its live interface was not inspected. If a page does not open, call the Treasurer at 775-887-2092 for the current online or written-request route. For an existing delinquent real-estate report or year-by-year tax history, contact the Carson City Treasurer at 775-887-2092. Specify the fiscal years, report as-of date, real-estate scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing records are available and request any copy, certification or export fee estimate before ordering. Published office address: 201 N. Carson Street, Suite 5, Carson City, NV 89701.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Carson City for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The official city publication index is identified in indexed official-source text as having FY25-26 installment lists and a Publication of Tax Delinquencies dated June 5, 2026, alongside older fiscal years. Direct city-page requests were restricted during this review, so linked files, current availability and the live lookup interface were not inspected. The official indexed Treasurer contact page independently gives 775-887-2092; the sitewide 775-887-2000 number is not used as the collection-office contact. Carson City is a consolidated municipality and county equivalent, not another county’s records service. Verification concerns the source/access guide, not taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, account registration, payment, record export or owner-list republication was performed. Unpaid current installments, delinquent accounts, trustee/deeded properties, sale offerings and excess proceeds have different scopes.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
