Contact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.

How to find the information

The official Treasurer/Superintendent of Schools page lists 406-342-5545, PO Box 429, Hysham, and a physical office at 307 Rapelje Avenue. Call to confirm the procedure for inspecting/copying existing unpaid-tax records.

To obtain an existing delinquent real-property report, account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption/payoff calculation, provide the county tax ID/parcel or geocode if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which taxes, interest, penalties and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract charge. A dated list, lien or deed record does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Treasure County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

This remains contact status. The department page principally provides contact and motor-vehicle links; a public delinquency database or electronic report export was not confirmed. The general county number ends in 5547. Review concerns access guidance rather than certified taxpayer liability. No account registration, payment, lien-assignment application or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
