Confirmed office route; online delinquency unconfirmedContact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.
How to find the information
The 2026 Missouri House district directory identifies the St. Louis County Collector of Revenue at 41 South Central, Clayton, phone 314-615-5500. Call for the existing real-property unpaid ledger, locator-number guidance and dated sale or redemption records. Current county tax-sale pages could not be retrieved, so online delinquency fields, current sale listings and complete export coverage remain unconfirmed. St. Louis County is separate from independent St. Louis City.
For an existing record, give the parcel/account or locator number if known, the tax years and desired as-of date. Specify an unpaid real-estate collection ledger, annual delinquent land list, dated sale publication, certificate/sale result, redemption calculation or surplus/proceeds claim and disbursement record. Ask the office to identify the custodian when the requested court or proceeds record is held elsewhere. Confirm which interest, penalties, assessments, costs and later payments are included. Ask for existing records and available formats; do not assume a custom report will be created. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification and extraction charges before ordering.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for St. Louis County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Contact status: this is a confirmed office route, not confirmation of an online delinquency database. Reviewed October 28, 2026. Ordinary annual bills, unpaid ledgers, dated advertised sale lists, certificates, redemption records and surplus proceeds have different scope. A past sale date is not an upcoming event. Confirm subsequent payments and the exact record date with the custodian. No taxpayer search, owner-list reproduction, records-request submission, account registration, auction enrollment or payment occurred.
