How to find the information

For state-held land, open the official inventory search and select Issaquena in County. Start with the county alone, or add a Parcel Number, PPIN, Assessed Owner, address or legal description. Use Search and Show Details for matching entries; Clear resets the criteria. For tax-sale and redemption records, contact the Issaquena County Chancery Clerk at 601-873-2761. Provide the parcel number or PPIN, assessed name and tax-sale year. Request the existing sale/redemption entry or an existing unredeemed-parcel file, specify the years needed, and ask for a copy/export cost estimate before ordering. The clerk directory lists clerk@issaquenacountyms.gov for written inquiries. For bills that have not reached a tax sale, ask the county Tax Collector for current delinquent-account records; the Chancery Clerk and state inventory cover later stages. The Office website button opens the Chancery Clerks Association directory; locate Issaquena. An online local bill/redemption database was not confirmed in this review; the state inventory is a narrower online resource.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Issaquena County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The Secretary of State’s inventory covers land forfeited to Mississippi after unpaid taxes and an expired redemption period. It does not list every unpaid county bill, every county tax sale or all parcels still in redemption. Absence from the inventory does not establish that taxes are paid. The review confirmed this county in the state search selector and checked the published local contact. No taxpayer search was submitted and no record balance, countywide export or complete inventory was verified.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
