How to find the information

Wright’s Property Tax Information page links account research and identifies Finance & Taxpayer Services at 763-682-7578. It also lists a separate Property Tax Administrator contact. The department handles collection, delinquent real-estate records, judgments and forfeiture. Request an existing unpaid ledger or dated quote beyond an ordinary account display; the site retained a payment-portal outage announcement during review, so payment availability should be confirmed separately.

For existing records, provide the parcel/account identifier, tax year and desired as-of date. Specify an unpaid collection ledger, dated delinquent publication, tax judgment, confession-of-judgment plan ledger, expiration-of-redemption notice or tax-forfeiture record. Ask which special assessments, penalties, interest, costs and later payments are included. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, tax-search and extract charges before ordering. Assessment/ownership data, an original bill and a forfeited-property sale inventory do not certify the complete current delinquent amount.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Wright County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Verified denotes reviewed published access guidance, including an explicit office-only payoff route where applicable; it does not certify a tested account result. A retained payment-portal outage notice does not establish a current outage or the availability of the separate records service. Reviewed October 28, 2026. Published forms, directions and labels were reviewed without submitting taxpayer searches. Annual notices, statements, tax judgments, payment plans, state forfeiture and later sales concern different records. No account creation, record request, bidder enrollment or payment was performed. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
