Official county tax office and records-request routeContact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.
How to find the information
Red Lake’s Treasurer page identifies the collection office at 124 Langevin Avenue North, PO Box 208, Red Lake Falls, phone 218-253-2797. It handles real-estate, mobile-home and personal-property tax collections and links Property Tax Information separately from vehicle-registration services. Request an existing unpaid ledger or dated delinquency publication from tax staff. Online delinquent-search fields and complete unpaid-account coverage were not confirmed from the reviewed office page.
For existing records, provide the parcel/account identifier, tax year and desired as-of date. Specify an unpaid collection ledger, dated delinquent publication, tax judgment, confession-of-judgment plan ledger, expiration-of-redemption notice or tax-forfeiture record. Ask which special assessments, penalties, interest, costs and later payments are included. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, tax-search and extract charges before ordering. Assessment/ownership data, an original bill and a forfeited-property sale inventory do not certify the complete current delinquent amount.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Red Lake County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
