Official county property-tax access guidanceHow to find the information
Crow Wing’s Pay Taxes page says its online payment service is designed for current real-estate and mobile-home taxes and is not designed for delinquent-tax payments. It directs delinquent questions to 218-824-1010. A separate Delinquent Tax Information page links explanatory material. Request the existing ledger and a dated amount from the tax office rather than assuming an online current-year total covers prior years.
For existing records, provide the parcel/account identifier, tax year and desired as-of date. Specify an unpaid collection ledger, dated delinquent publication, tax judgment, confession-of-judgment plan ledger, expiration-of-redemption notice or tax-forfeiture record. Ask which special assessments, penalties, interest, costs and later payments are included. Confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification, tax-search and extract charges before ordering. Assessment/ownership data, an original bill and a forfeited-property sale inventory do not certify the complete current delinquent amount.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Crow Wing County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes

Published forms, directions and labels were reviewed without submitting taxpayer searches. Annual notices, statements, tax judgments, payment plans, state forfeiture and later sales concern different records. No account creation, record request, bidder enrollment or payment was performed. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.
