How to find the information

Use the Civil Office’s Property Tax Collections information. Contact 318-368-2510 for the account or an existing delinquent real-property list, provide parcel/assessment number and year, and request an as-of date and a copy/export charge estimate. The page also has judicial foreclosure information, which is separate from tax-account delinquency.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Union Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The office tax-collection role, published Civil Office phone and Pay My Taxes link were reviewed. The provider’s application could not be confirmed, so it is not described as a working search. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
