Search St. Tammany tax accounts

How to find the information

Use the separate St. Tammany Property Tax System. Choose Assessment #, Property Address or Name on Tax Roll, select the offered tax year, and use the SEARCH button. The page says new assessment numbers apply from tax year 2022, so use the new identifier. For current delinquent status, payment instructions or an existing parishwide list, contact 985-809-8217 or propertytax@stpso.com. Request a tax research certificate directly if formal certification is needed.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for St. Tammany Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The search controls and 2025 year option were inspected without submitting a taxpayer query. The page’s July 29, 2026 tax-lien auction and July 1 online-payment cutoff are past notices as of this review. The site says its information cannot replace a tax research certificate. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
