Where to obtain records

Red River Parish Sheriff’s Office — Property Tax / Civil Office

Search Red River parish property-tax bills

Office website →

How to find the information

Open Parish Property Tax, then Parcel search. The visible choices are Name, Receipt, Parcel and Address; the Receipt tab also has Tax Year. The office announcement says to search last name, first name, or enter the tax notice number under Parcel. Confirm the correct account and year. Contact the property-tax service at 318-932-5754 for an existing parishwide delinquent real-property file, current status or payment history, and request charges before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Red River Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The sheriff’s official Pay Property Taxes link was followed to the parish-branded search form. Municipal Court / Tickets is a separate service. No taxpayer search was submitted and no result completeness was verified. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
