How to find the information

Open Property Tax and locate Tax Year 2025 Immovable Delinquent Listing or Tax Year 2025 Moveable Delinquent Listing. The inspected page lists an August 19, 2026 immovable tax-lien sale and leaves the movable sale to be announced. Both listing labels lead to the same PDF, so confirm the intended property type and current list with the Civil & Tax Office at 225-638-5433. Ask for an existing updated real-estate delinquent list, the report’s as-of date and a copy/export fee estimate.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Pointe Coupee Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The page’s 2025 tax-year context and 2026 sale dates are historical context as of this review. Holiday hours and an older December 2025 payment notice are not current 2026 payment instructions. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
