How to find the information

Open the Plaquemines tax service, review its terms and proceed to Search By. Choose Notice# / Bill#, Parcel#, Taxpayer Name, Address. Select the relevant Tax Year, then search with the account identifier or name/address. Start a name search with the last name or first word of the business name; an address search can use the street number and first street-name word. Confirm the correct account and year in any returned record. For Plaquemines Parish delinquent property-tax records, call 504-934-6776 and ask for the Property Tax or Civil Office; this is the published main business number unless a tax-specific number is identified below. Provide the parcel or assessment number, owner name and tax year. Ask for the existing unpaid real-property list, payment history, tax-lien/sale record or adjudication record you need, and request the record’s as-of date plus a copy/export fee estimate.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Plaquemines Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The parish-branded bill-search form and named controls were inspected without submitting a taxpayer query. A Tax Year option does not prove that all records for that year are present, unpaid or complete. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
