How to find the information

Open the Delinquent Property Taxes page and check the assessment year and auction context. The inspected publication concerns 2025 assessments and a May 20, 2026 auction. Use browser Find for a parcel/assessment identifier or name; ask the Sheriff’s Tax/Civil Office at 318-627-3261 to confirm current status or provide an existing updated delinquent list. The Office website button opens My Property Taxes, which separately links an ACTDataScout collection service. Request any copy/export fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Grant Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The publication and tax-year/auction heading were reviewed. Dated amounts and listed owners may no longer reflect current collection status. The downstream ACTDataScout service was not inspected and no owner-level list was republished. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
