How to find the information

Open Delinquent Properties and follow its HERE link if you need the office-published delinquent-property spreadsheet. The inspected page says its tax-lien auction was held June 30, 2026, and the linked filename is 6-30-26.xlsx; confirm the list’s present status with the Tax Department. For individual accounts, the sheriff site separately provides Make a Payment/Account Information. Contact the Tax Department at 318-681-0638 or tax@caddosheriff.org with the account/parcel and year, and ask for a current delinquent file or payment history and any copy/export fee.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Caddo Parish for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The official landing page, June 2026 context, spreadsheet link and Tax Department contact were inspected. The spreadsheet is a source route, not a verified current unpaid-account dataset. The account application’s controls/results were not inspected. An individual bill lookup, a dated delinquent publication, a tax-lien offering, an adjudicated-property inventory and a judicial foreclosure list are different records. A listed year or old sale entry does not establish a current unpaid balance. A complete parishwide unpaid-only filter or bulk export was not confirmed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
