How to find the information

Open the clerk’s official Property Tax and Instructions for CCLIX.US page. Follow its current instructions to reach CCLIX+ and search delinquent tax bills. For help locating a bill or calculating the amount due, contact the clerk.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Jefferson County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Tax-sale notices describe bills offered for sale, rather than every delinquent bill. This guide deliberately links to the office’s access instructions rather than a dated annual sale list.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
