How to find the information

Open the county’s tax information page and follow its delinquent-tax search or TaxMaster link. Review any login instructions and choose the relevant tax year before searching. Have the owner name, address, parcel number, or bill number ready. Contact the clerk at (270) 765-2171 if the account cannot be located or you need a current status check.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Hardin County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Hardin provides a delinquent-tax search and calculator through its own website. Use the search link for records; purchaser registration is a separate function.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
