How to find the information

Open the clerk’s website or tax information page and follow its link to DTax/Software Management. Select Breathitt County and the property-tax list if the service offers those choices. If the county or year you need is unavailable, call (606) 666-3800 and request the appropriate delinquent-property-tax records. Check the list’s tax year before relying on it.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Breathitt County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Use the office phone shown here to request a bill-status check and the current list. The clerk’s separate DTax link is a route to advertised bills, not a guarantee of an unpaid balance.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
