How to find the information

Open the clerk’s published delinquent-tax page and check the tax-year heading before using its list or embedded viewer. The reviewed page includes older-year material. For a newer list, a specific bill, or records not displayed online, call the clerk at (270) 335-5168 and ask how to obtain the correct year’s records.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Ballard County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The reviewed county page is labeled 2024 Delinquent Taxes. Ask the clerk for a newer tax year rather than treating that archived list as current.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
