How to find the information

Open the county’s tax information page and locate the The process to purchase 2025 Tax Bills link. Open the listed PDF or spreadsheet and use your viewer’s Find function to look for an owner, address, parcel number, or bill number. Confirm the tax year shown. For missing years or a current status check, contact the clerk at (270) 237-3706.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Allen County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The clerk describes both online list access and inspection at its office. Registration forms for purchasers are separate from the actual bill list.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
