How to find the information

Open Delinquent Tax Listing and distinguish the Real Estate Delinquent Publication List from the separate personal-property route. The online delinquency link opens an introduction/Continue screen; downstream search controls and the linked PDF’s contents were not inspected. For an existing countywide delinquent real-estate report, account history or current collection balance, contact the Sedgwick County Treasurer at 316-660-9000. Specify the tax years, real estate rather than personal property, the report’s as-of date and your preferred electronic format. Ask which existing record can be inspected or copied and obtain a fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@sedgwick.gov. Published mailing address: PO Box 2863 Wichita, Ks 67201-2863.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Sedgwick County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Source verification covers the public access guide and its labels, not every linked document or taxpayer balance. Publication lists, foreclosure offerings, sale results and current unpaid accounts differ. An old publication entry does not establish that a parcel remains delinquent.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
