Where to obtain records

Washington County Treasurer / Tax Collector

Treasurer records-access guidance

How to find the information

Use Treasurer at 208-414-0324 or wctreas@co.washington.id.us, 256 E Court Street, Weiser. The official page identifies the Treasurer as ex-officio Tax Collector and provides Pay Property Taxes Online. Request the existing unpaid-account report or parcel history from this office.

For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Washington County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The courthouse main 208-414-2092 number is separate from the treasurer contact. Washington County, Idaho, is distinct from counties of the same name in other states. A payment link does not establish complete public delinquency-history coverage. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
