Where to obtain records

Twin Falls County Treasurer / Tax Collector

Treasurer records-access guidance

How to find the information

Use Treasurer at 208-736-4008. The county expressly says tax bills are not available online and bill copies can be requested by email or phone. It also directs visitors paying after the due date to call for the amount including late charge and interest.

For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Twin Falls County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Pay Taxes Online is a payment route and does not override the page’s stated limits on tax-amount/history availability. A county parcel map and an old payment receipt are different records. Request the bill/ledger or current payoff directly. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
