Oneida County Treasurer / Tax Collector

How to find the information

Use the Treasurer’s direct number 208-766-4118; the official contact also labels extension 1108. The county’s PayPort instructions expressly tell visitors delinquent on taxes to call the office for the total payment. Ask for the dated payoff and account history rather than supplying a guessed amount.

For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Oneida County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The chief deputy has a separate 208-766-4117 line. The general county 208-766-4116 number is not the direct treasury contact used here. A payment link does not provide evidence of a complete public delinquency search. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
