PROPERTY TAX RESEARCH, MADE SIMPLER
Franklin County, Idaho
Where to look, which office to contact, and how to request records.
Where to obtain records
Franklin County Treasurer / Tax Collector
Treasurer records-access guidanceHow to find the information
Use Treasurer at 208-852-1095. The county explicitly says tax statements are not available online and instructs visitors without a parcel number and amount to call the office. Request the bill copy, existing unpaid report or account history through that office route.
For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Franklin County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Its No Pending Tax Deed Sale for 2026 statement concerns sale scheduling only; it does not establish that all taxes are paid. The county main line 208-852-1090 is not the tax-statement contact. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.
