How to find the information

Use Treasurer at 208-879-2330. Its official page specifically offers payment plans for delinquent taxes and says it does not currently have an online payment method. Call or visit for the existing tax ledger, bill or delinquency report.

For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Custer County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The 208-879-2976 number shown on the same page concerns Recording. Avoid treating a recording contact, map server or payment-plan option as an online unpaid-tax search. Confirm any copy charges with the treasurer. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
