How to find the information

Use Treasurer’s official FAQ and contact at 208-265-1433. Published guidance separates Property Tax Search from Online Payments, provides Tax Deeding information and explains how partial delinquent payments are allocated. Request the underlying account history if the available search does not cover the needed years.

For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Bonner County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Assessment notice values and mortgage-company billing codes do not certify that an account is paid. The state-listed ArcGIS treasurer landing page could not be retrieved, so the reviewed county FAQ/contact route is used instead. Downstream searches were not tested. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
