Where to obtain records
Blaine County Treasurer / Tax Collector
Treasurer records-access guidanceHow to find the information
Use Treasurer. The current page provides Looking Up Tax Amounts through the county-linked eNoticesOnline BLA service and expressly directs visitors to the office for up-to-date amounts after missed installments. Ask for an existing bill, payment ledger or dated delinquency amount.
For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Blaine County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The reviewed page’s 2025-tax installment dates describe a particular tax year; they are not perpetual deadlines. Published access guidance was inspected, but no downstream login, parcel query or account result was tested. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.
