PROPERTY TAX RESEARCH, MADE SIMPLER
Ada County, Idaho
Where to look, which office to contact, and how to request records.
Where to obtain records
Ada County Treasurer / Tax Collector
Official contact source — access unconfirmedContact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.
How to find the information
The State Tax Commission links Ada County Treasurer as the property-tax-bill contact. The treasurer webpage returned 403 during review. The county’s FY2024–2025 adopted budget publishes 208-287-6800 for Treasurer; call to confirm the current contact and ask for the existing unpaid real-property report or parcel ledger.
For an existing delinquent real-estate report, tax-account ledger, bill copy or current payoff, provide the county parcel/PIN or bill identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which unpaid years, interest, costs and special assessments are included, and confirm any copying, certification or extract charge. A dated tax-deed notice, sale offering or assessment value does not certify today’s balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Ada County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
This is a contact route supported by a dated county publication, not a newly inspected public account search. The assessor and recorder have separate functions. Do not infer current balances or online export availability from the older budget contact. Review concerns access guidance, not taxpayer liability. No taxpayer query, registration, payment or records-request submission was made; no taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.
