How to find the information

Open Treasury and locate Real Property Tax Reports. The page advertises TX510HI – RPT Current and Delinquent Tax Roll – October 2026, alongside a trial-balance report dated October 19, 2026 and billing data labeled July 2026. Select the appropriate report and verify its layout, as-of date and current-versus-delinquent scope with Treasury. For individual research, follow the city’s Search Real Property Records link using a TMK or the offered search criteria; those downstream fields and results were not confirmed. For an existing delinquency-only extract, account history or current amount due, call 808-768-3980 or email bfstreasmailbox@honolulu.gov. Specify TMK/account, tax years, report as-of date, requested fields and preferred inspection/electronic-copy format, and request a fee estimate. Published office: Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 115, Honolulu, HI 96813. Published mailing address: Real Property Tax Collection, Division of Treasury, P.O. Box 4200, Honolulu, HI 96812-4200.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Honolulu County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Only the report landing-page descriptions and links were reviewed, not report contents, historical completeness or actual taxpayer balances. A current assessment, as-billed amount, trial-balance extract, combined current/delinquent roll and a current collection payoff have different scopes. Treasury’s 808-768-3980 is used for tax collection; RPAD’s separate assessment number is not substituted. The Office website button opens the city’s assessment/property-records hub, while the main source link opens Treasury. No taxpayer query, ZIP download, payment or account registration was performed.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
