How to find the information

Open the Union tax portal in a browser with JavaScript enabled. Choose its property-tax search or Search & Pay option, then locate the relevant property and inspect the bill for the year needed. If the search does not load or an older year is missing, call the Tax Commissioner at 706-439-6017 for the record or the current lookup address.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Union County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county-specific portal route was reached from the state/office directory. Only its application shell was returned during review; search fields and unpaid-only filters were not tested. Request a countywide delinquent list separately if needed.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
