How to find the information

Open Property Tax Sales and go to Downloads. Choose Delinquent Tax Files for the county’s published delinquent file, or Tax Sale Properties for a sale-specific list. Check the file date and confirm an individual balance through Pay/View Property Tax or the office at 770-278-7600.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Rockdale County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county labels delinquent files, tax-sale properties and excess funds as separate downloads. A tax-sale list covers the scheduled sale rather than all delinquent accounts. The directory links the county publication page and does not reproduce the taxpayer file.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
