View Heard tax-record access informationHow to find the information
Open the Heard official access page and choose property-tax payment link. Review the scope and date of the material supplied. For an individual account or records outside that material, call the Tax Commissioner at 706-675-3391; identify the parcel, tax year and whether you need an account balance, a delinquent-account list or a tax-sale list.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Heard County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The office page links heardcountypay.com. Its 2019 tax-sale notice is historical and should not be treated as a current list. Heard’s office page includes a 2019 tax-sale item; treat that item as an archive, not as the current sale or delinquent-account list.
