How to find the information

Open the Franklin official access page and choose Search & Pay Taxes. Review the scope and date of the material supplied. For an individual account or records outside that material, call the Tax Commissioner at 706-384-3455; identify the parcel, tax year and whether you need an account balance, a delinquent-account list or a tax-sale list.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Franklin County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.

Geography: U.S. Census Bureau 2026 Gazetteer, 50 states and DC. County equivalents include parishes, boroughs, independent cities, census areas, and planning regions. Geographic areas do not always administer property taxes; municipal offices may hold the records.
