How to find the information

Choose the Tax Year and select a search method: Name, Bill #, Company, Parcel, Address. For a name search, use Last Name Starts With or Last Name Contains as needed. Enter the matching details and select Search. Open the matching property and inspect its bill balance and payment information for each year needed.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Forsyth County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county-specific form and its search methods were reviewed. No taxpayer query was submitted. A countywide unpaid-only export was not established by this form; ask the Tax Commissioner for broader delinquent records or missing years.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
