How to find the information

Use Run a report from the collector’s tax pages to enter the report service. Select the unpaid/delinquent property-tax file or corresponding real-estate report offered there, and check the report date before downloading. For one property, use Property tax search on the same office website and review its bill history.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Volusia County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The older /online/reports address returned an error during this review. This guide uses the current report link observed on the collector’s FAQ page.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
