Where to obtain records

Union County Tax Collector

Search Union property-tax records

Office website →

How to find the information

Open the collector’s tax search, select the real-estate roll and tax year where offered, and locate the property using the available criteria. Review the bill’s status and payment information. The office’s Taxes menu separately links Delinquent Taxes for collection guidance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Union County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The confirmed route supports individual account research; a countywide delinquent export was not established in this review.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
