How to find the information

Use the collector’s property-tax service to locate the property and review its bill for the requested year. For collection information, open Delinquent Taxes under Property Taxes on the office website. Its advertised real-estate delinquency publication is a separate dated notice.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Seminole County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The reviewed notice concerns 2025 real-estate taxes and was published in May 2026. Use current account records to check subsequent payments.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
