Office website →

How to find the information

Use View/Pay Taxes from the collector’s website. Choose the property-tax service, find the property and open the relevant year’s bill and payment details. Confirm the record is a real-estate account before using it for land or building research.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Sarasota County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The office’s current website is sarasotataxcollector.gov.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
