How to find the information

Open the collector-endorsed FloridaTax service and select property taxes to find the account. Inspect the bill for the tax year you need. The office’s Property Tax FAQ has a delinquent-tax section, and Tax Certificate and Tax Deed is a separate research section.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Pinellas County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Certificate and deed research should be distinguished from the account’s current tax-bill history.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
