How to find the information

Open the property-tax account service reached from the collector’s Property Tax Records Search link. Find the property and inspect the requested year’s bill. For explanations or sale research, use Delinquent Property Tax and Tax Certificate & Deed Sales under the office’s property-tax section.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Orange County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The collector’s older records-search page redirects directly to this service. A tangible-personal-property publication is a different record type from real-estate taxes.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
