Where to obtain records

Nassau County Tax Collector

Search Nassau property tax records

Office website →

How to find the information

Choose Property Search from the collector’s website. Open the property-tax service, locate the property and review the relevant year’s bill and payment details. If an older record is not present, ask the collector for that property and tax year.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Nassau County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

This review confirmed the individual-account route, rather than a downloadable countywide delinquent list.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
