How to find the information

Follow the collector’s property-tax search for current and prior bills. Find the property and inspect the bill and payment information for the tax year you need. If the office directs you to its newer Pay & View Taxes service, keep the search within the property-tax category.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Monroe County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The collector provides both search and payment navigation; reviewing a bill does not require completing a payment.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
