Where to obtain records

Miami-Dade County Tax Collector

Search Miami-Dade property tax bills

Office website →

How to find the information

Use the property-tax service linked from the collector’s delinquent-tax page. Find the property account and review the bill for the requested year. For a tax-deed sale’s status, use the separate Clerk of Courts link on that page.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Miami-Dade County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The collector’s current office website is mdctaxcollector.gov. Older county-government tax-collector pages may direct users onward.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
