How to find the information

Use Property Search on the collector’s website. Choose property taxes in the county account service, locate the property and inspect the relevant year’s bill. The Property Tax section separately provides Delinquent Taxes and Tax Certificates guidance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Martin County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

An individual bill’s later payment history may differ from its appearance in a certificate-sale record.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
