Where to obtain records

Search Leon property taxes and receipts

Office website →

How to find the information

Open the collector’s Search & Pay Property Taxes & Print Receipts service. Read the access notice and proceed to the property-tax search. Locate the property and review the bill and receipt information for each relevant year. For certificate datasets, use Certificate Lists under Property Taxes on the office website.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Leon County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Certificate-list research is distinct from a current bill search. Do not use an auction test site as a live records source.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
