How to find the information

Use Pay/View My Property Tax Bill from the collector’s website. Locate the property in the county-specific service and review the relevant tax year’s bill and payment details. The office separately provides Delinquent Taxes and Tax Certificates information.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Lee County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
