How to find the information

Use the collector’s real-estate/tangible property-tax search service. Select the real-estate property-tax category, locate the property and review its bill and payment details for the year you need. Certificate information and buyer lookup are separate links on the office website.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Hillsborough County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The portal includes tangible-property records. Choose real estate when researching land or buildings.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
